ABOUT THE PROJECT

The current project is a Joint Venture between 1186626 BC LTD. (118) and the publicly listed Citation Growth Corporation (CSE: GCRO or “Citation”). The Joint Venture holds ownership of a late-stage license application for the cultivation of cannabis-specific to our development site in Chase, BC (about 1 hour north-east of Kamloops, BC). Under the Agreement, 118 funds land and construction whereas Citation provides the staff, expertise and technology for cannabis growth. Profit from the project will be split among the two companies.

ABOUT THE DEVELOPMENT SITE

Our development site in Chase, BC Canada is a land plot of 120 acres, already acquired by the company and received preliminary approval by the local municipality for cannabis cultivation. 40 acres of it are developable into facilities with buildings each housing 30,000 sq. ft of indoor cultivation space.

Since then he has worked with a company that has grown from a small regional company to an international company through various acquisitions. He joins our team as our operations consultant that oversees construction efforts and eventually joint oversight with our partners over operations and strategy.
